Deposit Agreement

This contract states that the buyer, ______________________________, has placed a deposit on the puppy/dog listed below. This deposit will hold said puppy/dog for the buyer, meaning that said puppy/dog will not be sold to another buyer. It is understood that DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In approved cases by the seller, a deposit may be transferred to another puppy/dog. If the puppy/dog is not picked up within a week of the agreed date of pick up, the buyer relinquishes deposit on puppy/dog, as well as rights to having the puppy/dog held in the buyer's name, unless other arrangements have been made. Aston Acres reserves the right to refund this deposit at any time prior to the final sale if the potential home is found to be unfit.
